Job responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's management system and various marketing plans formulated by superiors, and complete the sales tasks formulated by superiors.
2. Develop customer resources, provide good after-sales service, maintain customer relationships, market classification, and other related business matters.
3. Collect and organize information on similar products, investigate market trends and make corresponding analysis reports, and provide timely feedback to superiors.
4. Submit reports on time to ensure updates to customer profiles.
5. Participate in various marketing and training activities organized by the company.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in communication, electronics, and marketing, regardless of gender, with good facial features.
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the sales of optical communication products, with a certain understanding of product sales and channel sales methods, able to adapt to business trips, strong market development ability, and hardworking. Priority will be given to those with good past performance or relevant resources;
3. Sales experience in broadcasting, communication, system engineering, and optical communication equipment (fiber optic transceivers, FTTH fiber to the home, XPON, video optical transceiver, etc.) is preferred. Relevant industry sales experience and industry background are preferred;
4. Familiar with the optical device market and manufacturers who use TO, TOSA, ROSA, BOSA, etc. are preferred.
5. Has strong professional dedication, team spirit, outgoing personality, quick response, good communication skills, and possesses both moral integrity and talent.
l FAE Engineer for Optoelectronic Devices
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales of optical communication applications such as optical modules, optical devices, and optical chips, and communicating customer needs.
2. Responsible for on-site support of customer application problem localization and analysis, coordinating internal sales and original factory FAE resources, and solving customer technical problems.
3. Provide product technical consulting and other services to target customers.
4. Assist sales in maintaining business relationships with customers, assist sales and marketing departments in collecting customer information, promote the company's optoelectronic devices/power supplies and simulator components, as well as MCU and other products in new customers and projects.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in optical communication, electronic communication, circuits and systems, automation, etc.
2. Having a certain foundation in English, able to read and write simple English documents.
3. Having 2 years or more of experience in on-site customer support for solving optical/electrical problems, or 2 years or more of experience in optical module development or testing.
4. Familiar with project team work methods, with the ability to summarize problems and output text.
5. Possess good teamwork spirit, excellent communication skills, adept at solving practical engineering problems, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
6. Priority will be given to those with experience in optical communication/optoelectronic device technology support such as Semtech/MACOM/Ganide/Meenyi/Yusun.
l RF engineer
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the process development and epitaxial structure development of company products, ensuring that product quality and performance meet expected requirements;
2. Develop a schedule assurance plan for product development/technology development projects, monitor project progress, and promptly resolve issues within the project;
3. Track project progress, summarize problem points encountered during the project process, and communicate and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of the project;
4. Understand market trends and customer needs, communicate effectively with contract factories and customers to ensure that products meet market demands.
Job requirements:
1. Having professional knowledge in the material characteristics and chip development process of GaAs and GaN , and having experience in RF work is preferred;
2. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from majors related to semiconductor physics, microelectronics, electronic science and technology, etc;
3. Clear thinking, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure and maintain high efficiency;
4. Strong problem-solving and execution skills, able to quickly respond and solve problems in projects.
